Turn Off Bias

TurnOffBias.com is a platform designed to help companies receive unbiased job applications and actively support more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
For this project, I led the MVP design, including brand identity, website, social media assets, and the development of key conceptual visuals for the platform.
The website experience is built around the core idea of “turning off bias.” On first load, the site appears in a light theme where faces are visible, but all written content is intentionally blurred. When the user activates the “Turn Off Bias” interaction, the interface switches to a dark theme: images become blurred and anonymized, while the text becomes clear and readable, visually reinforcing the platform’s mission to shift focus from appearance to qualifications.
